Chinese prefabricated buildings have entered a stage of rapid development,but the overall level of digitalization is low.The characteristics of visualization,coordination,and parameterization of Building Information Modeling(BIM)fit well with the requirements of prefabricated buildings for information management.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the coordinated development of BIM and building assembly.However,in the practice of domestic prefabricated projects,BIM has not been widely used or the application effect is not good.Therefore,identifying the influencing factors restricting the application of BIM in China’s prefabricated buildings and proposing effective countermeasures are of great significance to the rapid and healthy development of my country’s prefabricated construction industry.This thesis first studies the advantages of BIM,the characteristics of China’s prefabricated buildings,and the development difficulties.Through the actual case analysis of the project,some influencing factors were initially identified,Then uses literature analysis and expert research to identify 21 factors affecting the application of BIM in China’s prefabricated buildings.Score the importance of each influencing factor,use SPSS19.0 software and factor analysis to analyze the data,and calculate the weight of each influencing factor.Finally,six key obstacles were determined.The most important influencing factors is "negative attitude towards sharing data resources".The four factors included "lack of standard contract texts compatible with BIM","inadequate awareness of first-line management and construction personnel","increased management costs" and "unclear boundaries between upstream and downstream related rights,responsibilities,and interests",that all require government departments to issue corresponding policy guidance and financial incentives."Not obvious economic benefits" is a direct factor that affects the application of BIM in prefabricated buildings in China.This thesis put forward countermeasures and suggestions for key influencing factors from six aspects: "policy encouragement","standard setting","target accurately","configuration guarantee","process control",and "talent training".From a theoretical point of view,this research is based on China’s vigorous development of prefabricated buildings in the context of establishing the key influencing factors of BIM applications and putting forward countermeasures and suggestions,providing a theoretical basis for the rapid integration of digital construction and building industrialization in the future. |
