With the rapid development of economy,the number of traditional vehicle becomes rapidly lager,which causes the environmental problems of the earth becoming more and more serious.At the mean time,the car company work a lot on the study of electric vehicle.As a rapidly developing clean energy product,electric vehicle has a lot to be improved,especially its air conditioning system.In winter,the battery temperature is in a low state before the electric car is started,so the battery utilization will become low.Electric vehicle heating system will greatly consume battery power which affects the endurance.If solar cell is used as assistant,it can directly supply power to the heating device,which can also charge the main battery,and increase the endurance of the electric vehicle.In this paper,a set of high-performance solar auxiliary heating system with PTC material as the core heat source is designed.The system takes the energy absorbed by solar panels as the battery charging energy,realizes the temperature acquisition feedback through the STM32Micro-controllers,controls the heating part in real time,and realizes a three-level heating state to the target through intelligent control system.This system solves the problem of large consumption of electric energy caused by the heating of ordinary electric vehicles.After the equipment was debugged,a lot of experiments were conducted to collect data and data was processed and analyzed.The system is highly adjustable through the designed program part.In this way,different working states of different heating levels can be changed to meet users’ other requirements.As we can see from the data that the control system can converge the temperature within the error range of 0.5~1.5 degree Celsius.And we can draw the conclusion that the equipment is at level-2 primary energy efficiency,which has achieved the expected goal.
