In recent years,my country's aerospace industry has developed rapidly.In the context of Made in China 2025 to achieve a scientific and technological power,the aerospace industry has higher and higher requirements for intelligent manufacturing.Due to the variety and number of materials involved in aerospace equipment production,strict material data control is required in terms of production,assembly,inspection,management,and transportation.In traditional industrial production,material management often uses shesis records and manual counting to manage the information of materials entering and leaving the warehouse.This method has high labor and time costs,low efficiency,and it is difficult to obtain good data security.Assure.Based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer and CAN-bus communication,this shesis designs an intelligent material box management system with functions such as automatic counting,display,digital recording and printing of inbound and outbound storage,real-time monitoring of materials,and early warning.The system is divided into two parts:intelligent material box terminal and material management software.The intelligent material box terminal collects the material pressure signal through the weighing sensor.After the signal is processed by the amplifying circuit,A/D conversion,microcontroller,etc.,it is transmitted to the upper computer control software through the CAN-bus for data display,storage and other operations.The system can be widely used in the visual management of materials in warehouses and production sites in industrial production,which can greatly improve the reliability and efficiency of existing material management.
