The Research Of Agile Supply Chain Management Mode In HT Company

Since the 1990 s,with the rapid development of market economy and manufacturing industry,the competition among enterprises has reached a white-hot state,the market demand is gradually saturated,and the problem of overcapacity is gradually exposed.The traditional manufacturing mode driven by forecasting or ordering cannot satisfy the customers' demand for quick response,diversity and personalized requirement to the products,it lead to the change of dominance from seller's to buyer's hand,the change of market demand makes the traditional supply chain management mode unable to adapt to today's requirements,so enterprises are required to turn to agile supply chain management mode.Under the transformation and upgrading of company HT,the problems such as lagging information sharing,low production efficiency,long supply time and imperfect performance evaluation mechanism are becoming more and more prominent.The long-duration operation mode makes the operation of company HT lack of agility and high flexibility,and leads to the rising operating cost,which seriously affects the market sharing,competitiveness and long-term development strategy carried out.This thesis attempts to study the application of agile supply chain management model in company HT.Firstly,it combs the current status of production and operation system,parts supply system,demand information processing and performance evaluation system,and finds out the problems existing in the current supply chain management model.Secondly,it will analyze the causes of the existing problems,involving the production mode,manufacturing mode,supply strategy,information integration system and supply chain evaluation system optimization,to find out the methods and paths of implementing supply chain agility optimization,and puts forward the implementation plan.Finally,it will evaluate to the implementation plan from two aspects of time,economic effect and market benefit.
