Oriented Agile Supply Chain System Of Networked Manufacturing

With the current of global market, supply chain is facing more and more opportunities and challenges. It is not a unique technique and concept coming into being to improve and optimize supply chain's performance. The new concept——Networked-Manufacturing Oriented Agile Supply Chain Management (NMOASCM) is brought forward for response to the environment.Basing on the basic theory of Networked-Manufacturing and Agile Supply Chain, the concept of NMOASCM is presented. The paper firstly analyzed Agile Supply Chain's run pattern, and proposed one supply chain's model based on coordination control center. Then the Information System about NMOASCM is discussed in detail.The biggest challenge, of all the problems for an information system supporting agile supply chain, is the distribution and heterogeneity of enterprises. In this paper, we introduce the technique of Web Services based XML, which is the result when Internet comes to the certain period. Web Services is the open technology architecture to solve the integration problem of application level, which is useful especially to information integration about loosely-coupled heterogeneous system. The platform of the system is fully based on J2EE in this paper. This design takes advantage of the OS independency of Java language, which makes the whole system scalable and easy to maintain.
