The products with beautiful appearance,good function and economical benefits are the most ideal product types in our mind.Effective product modeling and structure design can solve these three problems.Therefore,the product’s styling and structure design is helpful to improve product competitiveness.Through study found that streamline is smooth,beautiful lines,with rich variety.It give a person the sense of crisp,smooth,clean and tidy,and full of "speed","technology","fashion" feeling.It can meet people’s demand for aesthetics.Therefore applies streamline to static product design,can stimulate people to buy.Use structure design of CT machine as the research object to study the modeling structure of streamlined covering parts.Through data research product modeling design elements,including the basic principles of design,color design,design aesthetics,etc.,and combined with CT machine modeling design.It helps to design the best CT machine modeling,and finally designed two kinds of optimal solution.In the past,it was considered that functional determine form,and the product modeling was determined by function.However,with the change of people’s pursuit,the shape can also determine the function in certain circumstances.The design method of model driven product is put forward in this paper.Basis on the knowledge of fuzzy mathematics theory to these two design schemes,combination multi-level comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the product design.It can avoided the problem of by the designer with experience to evaluate product model caused the deviation.It can realize the quantitative processing of evaluation of modeling design with high reliability.Finally selects the best scheme from the two options.With Rhino build a model,and imported into the SolidWorks to repair the model.Then establish SolidWorks and Workbench seamless connection.Based on the finite element knowledge,the finite element analysis of CT machine covering parts is carried out by Workbench.The optimization function of workbench genetic algorithm is used to optimize the structure of the covering parts of the CT,which increases the bending performance of the covering parts and reduces the weight of the covering parts,saves the processing materials and satisfies the requirements of the products for the economy and practicability.
