Research On Application Of Lean Management In HZ Construction Project

In recent years,China's construction industry has been developing slowly,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the labor cost is increasing year by year.As a construction enterprise,ZZ construction company is losing its competitive advantage in the industry.It is urgent to explore new management ideas and methods to improve its production efficiency and management level.Lean construction is a management thought and method derived from lean production.Both developed countries in Europe and the United States are studying and imitating this mode of production in developing countries such as China.China's construction enterprises are also exploring the application of lean ideas to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.Construction project as the research object in this paper,by using the theory of lean thinking,lean enterprise successful cases at home and abroad for reference,and primarily established is suitable for the lean construction general contracting management and implementation plan.Explore the implementation methods and steps of management of construction project management.This paper studies and analyzes the application of pull mode in construction water construction,and finally the combination and application of the plan system and the original production planning system.To improvement of value stream map chromatography,the original value stream map analysis of material flow is divided into entity of two kinds of materials and turnover materials,the original system of information flow as the final plan to replace,add the concept of work flow,so as to adapt to the characteristics of the construction of the water and needs.Emphatically expounds the lean management,the support system to improve the construction management the important meaning,that support system contains all the support for production systems work and comprehensive management of the work.This paper explores the application methods of value stream map analysis in support system and summarizes the waste phenomena in total contract management.ZZ construction company reference to lean construction management idea and tool,in HZ in the project of construction,establish and implement the lean construction general contracting management solutions,to explore the application of value stream map analysis,just-in-time production system,kanban management,5 s field management and lean tools.In the construction stage of the main structure of the unit construction,the production system is used for the construction of the water flow construction,and the key process is selected as the stationary process,and the process is used as the starting point to organize the drawing flow construction.The waste phenomenon in construction is analyzed by the current state diagram of the main structure construction stage.Apply the "five why" approach to finding a solution to the problem.It adjusted the division of the flow section and the allocation of resources to promote the flat production.Apply the final planner system and kanban system to improve the information flow quality.Improve the flow of materials by compressing inventory,establishing supermarket and adjusting site layout.The future state diagram is drawn,and the future state diagram is divided into several improvement cycles,corresponding to the establishment of the improvement group to implement the future state diagram.Value stream in the implementation of the production system in the future after the state diagram,analyze the HZ construction project support system,looking for waste in the office and seek solutions,improve the efficiency of the office of support system.In this paper,by comparing the lean implementation before and after the time limit for a project,it is equipped with quality,inventory,labor force,HZ construction project lean management effect are summarized,and made the object of the next phase of the continuous improvement and improve the goal.
