Urban water supply is an important industry for the stable development of a city.It is an indispensable and important guarantee for a city.In recent years,with the rapid development of our country,the people's demands for quality of life have been continuously increasing,and the requirements for the quality of water used for reference and the safety and reliability of water supply have also been continuously improved.Beijing,as the capital,has higher requirements for the safety and reliability of water supply.How to complete the water supply guarantee task in the capital with a high level of reliability and reliability has become a topic that needs serious attention.The surface water treatment process of Beijing No.3 Water Plant is a complicated surface water treatment process.Due to the high complexity of the treatment process,higher requirements are placed on the monitoring system.The surface water treatment monitoring system is an important technical safeguard measure for the water quality and safety of the water supply plant,stable and reliable process,and long-term operation.As a core component of the surface water treatment process,the surface water purification treatment process adopts an industrial control system based on a PLC network,which can largely meet the requirements of the production process.In the process of surface water treatment,through the centralized monitoring and management of the industrial control system by the surface water treatment monitoring system,the stability of surface water process operation is ensured,the monitoring efficiency of the water quality of the factory water is improved,and the surface water treatment process is reduced.The management costs increase economic efficiency.The design of the surface water process monitoring system includes the high density control substation,the dosing control substation,the filter control substation,the ozone control substation,and the sludge control substation in the water purification process.The surface water treatment process monitoring system designs a monitoring system according to the characteristics of the surface water process operation,and helps those who are unable to monitor the site in real time.The on-duty personnel can remotely monitor the current operating conditions of the surface water process.The surface water process monitoring station can assist the operators in detecting the equipment faults in a timely manner during the design implementation and operation process,and eliminate the hidden troubles to ensure the stable operation of the surface water treatment process.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)A set of surface water technology monitoring system is designed,according to the existing surface water treatment technology,a surface water process monitoring system is designed to help the operators to solve the remote monitoring problem.(2)The implementation and commissioning of the surface water process monitoring system,debugging the surface water technology monitoring system in the surface water process production environment,perfecting the related functions.(3)summarizing the function of the surface water process monitoring system,the surface water process monitoring system assists the operators to manage the surface water treatment process in the actual operation.
