With the gradual development of modernization,more intense competition among e nterprises,in order to keep their own advantages,more and more enterprises know from their own management mechanism starting with better able to reduce management costs,reduce expenditure,improve the overall efficiency.In the enterprise management chain,inventory management is an important link,from the traditional sense,forecasting and m anagement in the management of the entire chain is relatively focused on inventory,in th e entire information chain requires all staff involved to assist in the management,we can reduce the enterprise inventory,the company with the staff of win-win situation.This paper focuses on the analysis of the supplier management inventory.Joint inventory man agement,and from the source,concept,principles and implementation steps on a detaile d description of the CPFR,at the same time to the comparative analysis of three kinds of management modes in various aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of the outsta nding CPFR in the inventory and service level of absolute advantage.In the analysis of t he present situation of D company and the problems in inventory management,a feasibil ity study of applying CPFR model to the company inventory management reform,and p uts forward the suggestion.Focuses on the way and the replenishment model of D comp any can take the stock setting,establish stock material supervision system,supplier selec tion principle and the corresponding management,profit distribution in the cooperation b etween enterprises and the principle and mechanism of supply chain cooperation enterpri ses face the exception handling mechanism,finally it can be concluded that in many aspe cts to improve and improve the D company and for The collaborative forecasting level of business providers can be improved,so as to reduce inventory and save business costs.Finally,three safeguards for D company to implement CPFR smoothly are put forward.
