Recently,China's real estate industry promoted the prosperous development of relevant industries,as people's increasing demand for housing,construction materials has been popular,at the same time,the building materials market is increasingly rich and powerful,the opportunities and challenges coexist.With the development of enterprises and the acceleration of globalization,international cooperation and merger and acquisition activities occur frequently,some building materials enterprises have started to rely on initial capital accumulation,merger and acquisition,and also have achieved rapid development in technology.new materials and new management mode have a great impact on traditional building materials companies,how to transform and upgrade traditional building materials has become the focus of attention for traditional building material company.This paper selects TZ building materials company as a research sample,and obtains the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of TZ building materials company through SWOT analysis of its internal and external environment,based on the QSPM model,the four alternative strategies were selected and the ST strategy(diversification strategy)was finally determined as the development strategy of TZ building materials company.Suggest TZ building materials company utilizes it's advantage to avoid the threat,maintain existing business areas,strengthen the cooperation with all kinds of enterprises,integrate the resources,expand sales channels,layout energy-saving environmental protection products and green products energetically,establish a brand effect of the product,at the same time,improve the company management system and control system,enhance the capital management ability.On the basis of selecting the company's future development strategy,the idea of project management is put forward,and the OPM3 model is introduced to evaluate the project management maturity of TZ building materials company,and provide the organizational guarantee for the company's strategic development.This paper provides a certain reference of the future strategy direction for the same type building materials enterprises by the research of ZT building material's strategy management.Suggested the similar companies should make full use of external environment and internal resource advantages to carry out the company's strategic layout in time,resist market risks and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
