With the popularization and application of crowd intelligence innovation in the complex industrial product design field,the innovative contribution of user resources,knowledge resources and users in crowd intelligence community is the key factor for the smooth progress of crowd intelligence process.From crowdsourcing to open innovation and to crowd intelligence innovation,the industry has paid more and more attention to the use of mass wisdom to achieve product innovation.Crowd intelligence innovation has gradually become the focus of academic research.In this paper,Local Motors,a typical complex industrial product crowd intelligence design community,is studied.The evolutionary characteristics of user resources and knowledge resources in the process of crowd intelligence innovation are studied.The impact of user interaction feedback on individual innovation degree is explored.Reasons for the study of User involvement behavior and crowd intelligence innovation project,are to explore the crowd intelligence resources,to aware resource utilization methods,so as to promote the group of intellectual innovation activities effectively.The main contents of this study include:(1)To study the evolvement characteristics of user interaction and knowledge contribution in the process of innovation of crowd intelligence.Based on the user interaction behavior,user interaction network is constructed.Based on the user’s knowledge contribution behavior,a domain knowledge extraction method based on user generated content(UGC)is established,and user knowledge network is constructed.Using social network analysis and statistical methods to analyze the evolutionary characteristics of user interaction and user knowledge contribution in the process of crowd intelligence innovation.(2)To explore the effect of user interaction feedback on the contribution of individual innovation in the process of crowd intelligence innovation.Based on the demand satisfaction theory,this paper studies the effect of other user feedback on individual innovation output.By using the linear regression analysis method,this paper explores the contribution of user interaction feedback to individual innovation from the aspects of feedback quantity,feedback quality and feedback emotion.(3)Research and analysis of user behavior and innovation project progress synergy.Applying the Synergy Model of Complex System to quantify the synergy of user behavior and innovative project progress in crowd intelligence innovation process.The index system of collaborative degree of user behavior and innovation project progress is established,and the order degree of user behavior subsystem and innovation project progress subsystem is calculated,and then the degree of synergy of the two sub-systems in the process of group intelligence innovation is obtained.
