Research On Green Purchasing Supplier Management Of EPC Construction Project In B Corporation

EPC general contract refers to the general contractor’s extension of the “design,procurement and construction” mode,and the construction mode of both the pre and late stage of service management.Through the analysis of the green procurement process of the EPC construction project of B company,we find some problems: some general contractors in our country still carry out extensive management methods for the equipment and material suppliers,and the suppliers will restrict the decision and operation of the general contractor in the later period.On the basis of no comprehensive evaluation of suppliers,we will rush to sign contracts.Once the contract is signed,the status of the supplier will increase rapidly,even far beyond the status of the general contractor.Such problems will lead to the failure of the material supply in the construction process,the quality of the equipment and the shortage of the project progress,and even the quality of the whole project.This paper studies the green procurement supplier management problem of EPC construction project of B company by applying vendor managed inventory theory.First,analyze the status and problems of B company EPC building project green procurement supplier management;Secondly,supplier selection process analysis and design for B company EPC building project green procurement;Third,establish a mathematical model to study supplier management inventory strategy problem for B company EPC building project green procurement,including the supplier management inventory theory,supplier management inventory model for B company EPC building project green purchasing,supplier inventory management measures for B company EPC building project green procurement are proposed;Fourth,application analysis for B company EPC building project green procurement supplier management inventory,including green procurement quantitative analysis for B company EPC architecture A project,implementation measures of B company’s green purchasing supplier management.The research of this paper extends the application of vendor managed inventory theory in the management of green building supply chain from the theory,and has practical significance to realize the stage goal of green building in China in practice.
