| Under the theme of protecting the ecological environment and protecting human health,the national emission standards for pollutants continue to improve,the corresponding engine emissions have to be upgraded,the corresponding turbocharger technology is also constantly updated and iterated,and the market demand is also changing.In the changing environment,customers put forward higher requirements for suppliers,such as fast response delivery,high quality,high performance,price advantage and so on.And managers also realize that they want to get out of the fierce competition.We need to constantly improve the competitiveness of enterprises in order to continue to grow,and supply chain management is just the cornerstone of enterprises to win competitive advantage and an effective way to enhance competitiveness.The importance of inventory management is self-evident,inventory level and inventory turnover will directly affect the logistics cost and enterprise economic benefits.If the inventory level is too high,it will take up a lot of money and increase the cost of goods storage.On the contrary,inventory reduction will affect the smooth operation of production and operation,even may lose market opportunities.Therefore,we must adopt scientific methods to manage and control inventory.The ultimate goal of inventory management is to meet the normal needs of production and operation,through the control of inventory,as far as possible to reduce inventory costs,improve the efficiency of the logistics system,so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the finished product inventory of a company as the research object,and analyzes the problems existing in the inventory management of a company,such as high inventory level and low inventory turnover rate.For the above exposed problems,the influencing factors include prediction accuracy,logistics transportation time,service level,delivery cycle and so on.At the same time,the management level of VMI 3PL is uneven,and the phenomenon of inconsistent accounts and reality is widespread.In order to improve a company’s VMI inventory management,this topic proposes inventory management strategy from the internal joint customer and the third party logistics,namely 3PL.RRSN classification、min max setting、fishbone diagram method;3PL inventory management process improvement and assessment mechanism establishment are used to optimize.Improve the company’s cash flow turnover speed,reduce 3PL storage costs,save costs for the company,increase profits. |
