| With the development of our economy and the improvement of people’s standard of material living,the compound building function of commercial complex has become the key development type of public buildings in our country,but due to its large scale,multi-functions and complicated requirements,consumption problems have become increasingly prominent.In recent years,a large number of commercial complex,commercial office building and other commercial buildings led to a substantial increase in the total energy consumption of public buildings,from 2001 to 2015,the total energy consumption of public buildings increased more than 3 times,public buildings energy consumption per unit area From 16.8 kgce / ㎡ to 22.5 kgce / ㎡,the intensity of energy consumption increased by about 34%.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the energy-saving optimization of commercial complex in order to promote the development of building energy-saving in our country.This study relies on the major national theme of the 13 th Five-Year Plan "New Approaches and Tools for Green Design of Large Complex Buildings in North China".The specific research contents are as follows:In this paper,firstly,the design features of commercial complex buildings are studied.The commercial complex is a high-function complex building,therefore,it is necessary to analyze the relationship between the business function complexities and building energy conservation.In this paper,40 sets of commercial complexes in Beijing and Tianjin were surveyed on site,and the physical and chemical properties of the indoor air temperature and humidity,the surface temperature,the first floor entrance ventilation and other personnel,equipment,lighting timetable were measured,concluded that the commercial according to the distribution law of indoor physical environment parameters,the influencing factors of energy-saving design of large-scale commercial complex enclosure in cold area were determined.Secondly,by comparing the different parameters of the energy consumption simulation software.With the energy consumption parameters of the commercial complex,Design Builder is selected as the simulation tool,and the standard simulation method is extracted based on the actual operation energy consumption and the computer simulation of the energy consumption data.Based on this,on the basis of statistics of the envelope structure parameters,space parameters and air-conditioning system of 40 typical commercial complex buildings,the functional and spatial characteristics of the plane are used to get the representative standard of the commercial area of a large commercial complex in a cold area model,and set the relevant simulation parameters.Thirdly,according to the design parameters of wall,roof,skylight,windows and doors,which influence the energy consumption of commercial complex in the building of commercial complex,the influence law of these parameters on building energy consumption is studied,and the relationship between each single parameter and construction energy multiple regression model and evaluated the energy saving effect of the single envelope design parameters with different step length from two aspects of the sensitivity coefficient and the energy saving rate.At the same time,the energy saving effect of the composite envelope design parameters was further evaluated.Finally,the evaluation result puts forward the energy-saving design strategy which is suitable for the envelope structure of commercial complex buildings in the cold regions. |
