With the continuous promotion of industrialization and the increasing scarcity of non-renewable resources and the environmental protection and sustainable development have become the top priority in today's social development.Under this background,green buildings came into being,and the green building design method and technical system have been improved day by day.In recent years,the author participated in a number of science experimental construction projects and found that science experimental building as a special form of construction with high energy consumption should be paid enough attention to the energy-saving design Application.The dissertation mainly studies the applicability of green building technology in science experiment building.The first chapter mainly introduces the history and present situation of green building technology and science experiment building at home and abroad.The rapid development of domestic green technology has gradually caught up with the advanced countries in Europe and the United States.Foreign science experimental building research not only concerned about the hardware,but also concerned about the needs of laboratory personnel.The domestic scientific experimental building code was issued earlier,and at the same time it was lack of relevant research.Therefore,the study of the applicability of green building technology on scientific experimental buildings has a certain significance.The second chapter,using the method of literature analysis,combs the green building technology in four aspects: land use and outdoor environment,energy conservation and energy utilization,water saving and water resources utilization and indoor environmental quality.Combined with the characteristics of the scientific experimental building,the suitable applicability for scientific experimental building are analyzed.The third chapter,using comparative analysis and inductive method discussed that science experiment building with high energy consumption,relying solely on improving the performance of building materials is not desirable,should combine passive design considerations,to the maximum extent possible with the building itself and the site climate.At the same time supported by machinery,Electricity and equipment reduce the energy consumption of the entire building.And then put forward the passive-based,active technology supplemented theory.The fourth chapter,using case study method,combined with the case of Shanghai Inspection and Quarantine Inspection Technology Center,was to study its green building technology applications.The project is a typical scientific experiment building,which mainly adopts the concept of green building which is mainly passive and supplemented.The project adopts a number of green building technologies such as mechanical parking garage,permeable paving,high-efficiency lighting,intelligent system,water-saving appliances and equipment,exhaust energy recovery,solar energy,natural ventilation and environmental protection materials to achieve scientific experiments safety,comfort,greenness and environmental protection.In the fifth chapter,this paper clearly defines the concept of scientific experiment building,and according to its particularity and energy consumption characteristics,studies the feasibility of applying various green technologies in scientific experiment building.Taking Shanghai Testing and Quarantine Bureau Testing Technology Center project as an example,the application of current green building technology in scientific experiment building design is summarized.The post maintenance of the scientific experiment buildings on the regulations,culture,urban development and other aspects is the future research direction.
