Research On Transitional Development And Management Operation Mechanism Of Tianjin Modern Construction Company

For a long time,construction has not been the focus of architectural and architectural history research.But when talking about the core issue in the study of modern Chinese architectural history-that is,"the modern transformation of traditional architecture",the modern construction industry is often unavoidable.Microscopically,construction itself as a material basis for supporting construction is an important part of the history of architectural technology.Macroscopically,the emergence and development of modern Chinese architecture itself cannot be separated from the modernization of the entire construction industry system background.And the construction industry is more comprehensive and in-depth reflection of the modernization of China's construction process.Tianjin as a modern industrial and commercial center in northern China,after the opening of the city and the rapid development of real estate development which resulted in a sharp increase in the amount of construction,Tianjin construction industry ushered in a huge opportunity for development.Through the introduction of the western modern construction industry system,architecture construction enterprises from the late Qing Dynasty traditional craftsmen model workshop,gradually transformed into a modern business model of the construction company.Accompanied by these,first of all,the state began to promulgate the relevant laws and regulations,standards,to have qualification and procedural control,from the outside to gradually establish the industry management system framework.After the produce of association of the organization,through the industry convention,it achieved the internal autonomy in qualifications,labor disputes and other aspects.Second,the construction enterprises gradually formed a set of internal management mechanism,from the staff management,fund management,contract management,quality control to the construction process,and project bidding,construction supervision,acceptance and other external business operating system.Finally,the modern architects in the macro and micro enterprises modernization in the context of the transition to carry out their own professional activities.And its specific business and project management responsibilities and work content is a true reflection of the modern Chinese occupation's gradual establishment and perfection of the architect system.Based on the historical records of the existing tianjin modern cities,this paper first combing the development course of tianjin's modern construction industry from the perspective of the construction company.Then,through the three aspects of industry management,enterprise management,and the relationship between the construction company and the architect,the development of tianjin modern construction industry is discussed concretely.At last,compared with other domestic cities,it analyses the development level of modern construction enterprises in the domestic in tianjin,and the promotion to whole construction industry and construction technology of modernization.
