| In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous expansion of higher education,infrastructure investment for institutions of higher learning has increased year by year.With the flourish of university infrastructure projects,the project scale is getting bigger and bigger,with complex technology,new building materials.With the stronger correlation between the elements of projects,higher requirements are necessary for the management of projects.However,due to many reasons,such as the organizational systems and core business of universities,there are many difficulties and problems in the process of large-scale infrastructure project management.The project objectives can not be well achieved.Therefore,in the current complex construction environment,it is very necessary and urgent to improve the management efficiency and level of large-scale infrastructure project management by strengthening the project integration management.Based on the project for the International Communication Centre in a university,the paper puts forward the measures of improvement and some innovations by analyzing the characteristics of the project and the problems arising from the project management process.In view of the complexity of project participants,decentralization of organizational functions and unclear power and responsibility,IPMT integrated project management team was selected to optimize and integrate the project.In the process of making GX project integrated management plan,the key elements,such as quality,schedule and cost,are integrated by step-by-step integration method,and the initial network plan of the project is optimized.Through the execution of project integrated management plan,the project quality,progress,cost and other key elements are integrated.To realize the management process integration of project life cycle,the implementation of project integration plan was well controlled through earned value method and project change control method,etc.Implementation results show that the integrated management can effectively solve the problems of construction projects and make the various project elements coordinate,weighing the trade-offs of conflicts.Construction changes are greatly reduced.The quality and speed of the construction can meed the requirements and expectations of parties involved.It is an important way to improve the project management level to adopt the project integration management in university infrastructure projects. |
