| With the continuous development of civil air transportation,the size of airline fleet has further expanded and the total volume of air transportation has been on an upward trend.As a result,flight delays and unreasonable use of airspace resources have become increasingly serious,airspace congestion has become normal and potential safety problems have been increasing.How to safely and effectively improve the operation efficiency of the route is becoming the focus of civil aviation industry.However,according to the new concept of trajectory-based operation proposed in recent years,based on the predicted 4D trajectory of the aircraft,it is of great significance for air transportation to detect and resolve the conflict in the strategic phase.This paper studies the deconfliction in the strategic phase.First,this paper introduces the standard of aircraft safety separation,compares and analyzes aircraft protection zone model and strategic conflict detection method,and determines the protected zone model and conflict detection method adopted in this paper.Secondly,the deconfliction model which combined the departure time adjust and the flight level allocation is constructed.The simulation environment is conducted by choosing 4D trajectory in the middle south region of China.Tabucol algorithm is proposed and the perturbation analysis is estimated on the results.Thirdly,in order to adjust arrival time at the waypoints and air delay time,the deconfliction model which combined the flight level allocation,the departure time adjust and the speed control is constructed,and verified by simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,in order to enhance the robustness of the model,taking into account the uncertainties in operation process,the deconfliction model combined with multiple strategies is constructed,under consideration of the uncertainty of aircraft location and arrival time at the waypoints.The objective function comprehensively considered four types of deconfliction costs including the probabilistic conflict resolution cost,the departure time,the flight level and the speed adjustment cost.The deconfliction model is solved with the simulated annealing algorithm.Analysis is made for the impact of different model parameters and prediction uncertainty of 4D trajectory on the trajectory conflict deconfliction results.The results indicates that the model can realize the comprehensively optimization for minimizing both the robustness of the trajectories operations and the adjustment cost of the flight level,departure time and speed. |
