Optimization Of Time And Space Distribution Of Flight Flow

With the rapid growth of air traffic flow,there is an imbalance in the time and space distribution of flight flow in the terminal area(approach control area).Aiming at the unbalanced time and space distribution of flight flow,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the time and space distribution of flight flow,and proposes an evaluation method for the degree of unbalanced time and space distribution of flight flow.This paper proposed the space distribution optimization method of flight flow based on corridor port allocation.At the same time the paper proposed the time distribution optimization method of flight flow based on flight schedule adjustment.This article first takes the Chengdu approach control area as an example to analyze the time and space distribution characteristics of flight flow,and puts forward the problems faced by current operations.Secondly,this article introduces the generalized equilibrium evaluation index Theil index and applies it to evaluate the degree of unbalanced time and space distribution of flight flow,and quantify the degree of unbalanced time and space distribution of flight flow.Based on the actual operation data of the Chengdu approach control zone,the relationship between the unbalanced degree of the time and space distribution of flight flow and the quality of control operation is analyzed.The results show that the degree of unbalanced time and space distribution of flight flow is highly negatively correlated with the quality of control operation,indicating that flights can be reduced through optimization the unbalanced degree of flow time and space distribution can improve the quality of control operation.Finally,according to the current actual situation of the Chengdu approach control zone,an optimization strategy for the space-time distribution of flight flow is given.Then,in view of the unbalanced space distribution of flight flow,a space optimization method for flight flow is proposed.The space distribution of flight flow is optimized by allocating corridor port.Then established a flight flow space optimization model based on corridor port distribution and solved it to get a specific optimization plan.Finally,in view of the imbalanced time distribution of flight flow,a flight flow time distribution optimization method is proposed,which optimizes the time distribution of flight flow by adjusting flight schedules.the paper established a flight flow time distribution optimization model based on flight schedule adjustment,and solved the model to to get a specific optimization plan.
