The Research On The Cost Control Of A College Landscaping Project Based On The Key Path Earned Value Method

Based on the basic construction of colleges and universities,the landscaping can weaken the school noise,improve the school air quality,and alleviate climate change.For the landscaping,it means to rebuild and improve the infrastructure including the streets,building,dormitories and so on in the school.The smooth implementation of landscaping works in colleges and universities is in favor of students' living environment and vital interests.It is also good for building up university image,maintaining ecological environment and realize the sustainable development of colleges.However the cost of landscaping works is higher every year.And because of the factors which are waste of materials,poor schedule and unscientific construction,it leads to the construction cost of landscaping is magnified.For the problems of cost management in a college landscaping project,use the key path earned value method to optimize and control the cost management and take measures to rectify the deviation.The main research includes:(1)First of all,briefly introduce the basic concepts of project and greening project,then comb the basic connotation of project cost control,next introduce the basic methods of cost control such as standard cost method,goal cost method and ABC cost method.And mainly introduce the related concepts and calculation steps of earning value and critical path method.(2)Starting from the actual construction of a university landscaping project,introduce the related information of this project,analyze organizational structure of engineering project department and corresponding cost management function,and research on the problems in the fact process of cost control management.Then propose the ideas and methods for improving and optimizing of cost management process.(3)On the basis of the previous chapters,analyze the problems which research on the cost control of landscaping works with the traditional earning value methods,explain the cost control principle based on the key path earned value method,and design the project cost management workflow.Then use this method to control the cost management for the project,and finally the effectiveness of this method is verified by practical effect analysis.
