With the rapid development of the economy,the flight volume of civil aviation in China has also increased rapidly.At the same time,with the rapid increase of flight volume,the safety risk of China's civil aviation transportation industry is also increasing.It shows that our current civil aviation security situation is not optimistic.The staff of the air traffic control system in our country are all staffed for the institutions,including air traffic controllers,meteorological observatory and equipment crew.Air traffic controller is the most typical and most responsible work in air traffic control system.The individual working state of air traffic controller plays a decisive role in the quality of air traffic control.China's civil aviation enterprises and international high standards,many operation modes can direct reference and even copy the foreignadvanced experience of civil aviation enterprises,but due to the lack of institutions in most countries,so for the civil aviation units,the relevant reference content is relatively limited,so I hope that through the study of China's public institutions personnel,to provide a reference for the related personnel.The main contents of this paper are composed of the following parts:Chapter one: the preface,the beginning of the paper,describes the research background and significance of this research,and introduces the innovation of the specific content and method of the research.The second chapter: literature review,a large amount of air traffic controllers and the job satisfaction literature I read are summarized,the basic concept,factors influencing the employee satisfaction,employee satisfaction of the aviation air traffic controllers satisfaction related content of the three part classification review.The third chapter: H Bureau of air traffic controllers satisfaction questionnaire design and implementation,analyzing the work content of H Bureau of air traffic controllers,the overall evaluation and combined with the Bureau of the staff incentive system that H Bureau of air traffic controllers work,through analysis,design questionnaire,questionnaire,statistics,and recovery.The fourth chapter: the result of the survey is analyzed.The data of the returned questionnaires are analyzed by software,and the present situation of the work satisfaction of the H air traffic controllers,the factors that affect the H office air traffic controllers' job satisfaction and the difference analysis of the above conclusions are obtained.The fifth chapter: recommendations for optimizing the influencing factors of H air traffic controllers' satisfaction.Finally,based on the data analysis of questionnaires,we finally get recommendations for optimizing air traffic controllers' job satisfaction.The sixth chapter: the conclusion and the prospect,based on the work satisfaction and the related literature reading based on the actual work situation of the air traffic controllers in H Bureau,the author made the relevant options of the questionnaire.After the analysis of the recycling questionnaire,the author obtained the job satisfaction of the air traffic controllers in the H Bureau,and the basis of the study.This study reflects the problem of job satisfaction of H air traffic controllers and the specific path to improve satisfaction.
