In recent years,with the deepening of the process of global integration,civil aviation industry has developed rapidly.As an important part of civil aviation industry,airport throughput is also increasing year by year.At the same time,the pressure of airport employees is also increasing year by year,which mainly reflects the increase of work intensity,time span,responsibility and work standards,salary and pay are not proportional to labor,and so on.Employee satisfaction is low.As for airports with important security functions and public services,the working status of airport staff often directly determines their safety margin and service level.Therefore,how to solve the staff’s worries,improve staff satisfaction and sense of belonging,and maximize the enthusiasm of employees is an urgent problem to be solved in many airports.This paper takes D airport as a sample to conduct a survey of employee satisfaction.Through the theoretical research on demand level theory,two-factor theory,expectation theory and equity theory,this paper adopts interview and questionnaire survey to understand the current situation of D airport employees’ satisfaction.From the five aspects of job itself,job return,work environment,work group and enterprise management,the data statistics and analysis are carried out to find out the main factors affecting employee satisfaction,and the countermeasures to improve employee satisfaction are put forward.And this provides an effective basis for D airport to further stabilize the staff,improve the enthusiasm of staff,and improve the management mode and methods.After investigation and research,this paper suggests that D airport should take four specific measures: improving the salary system reform,establishing the employee career development system,building a job system suitable for the post and strengthening logistic support,and enhance employee satisfaction and work enthusiasm,so as to achieve D airport to enhance safety margin and service level,and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
