Analysis Of Successful Factors Of International Construction Project Management Under Chinese Culture Background

With the rapid development of China's national economy,the Chinese construction industry as a pillar industry of the national economy,have become increasingly prominent role.As Chinese building standards' daily increase,Chinese construction industry contractors are facing higher requirements.At the end of the twentieth century,the international construction market was gradually opening up,contractors from Chinese construction industry,as the leader of the country,competing with the large scale well-known building contractor from Europe and the United States on the international stage.After experiencing a long period of Chinese cultural background,are Chinese contractors in the construction industry able to adapt to manage the international construction projects?Firstly,the thesis described domestic and international construction industry history and development situation.By domestic and foreign researchers of the key factors in project management research were reviewed,and international construction project success criteria and international construction projects of a study two aspects of the design of "foot" standard model reflects the successful international construction projects four dimensions,and for the success of these four dimensions to design a map for the key factors,and finally the use of multivariate regression analysis results affect the four dimensions of the key success factors.The main conclusions of the thesis include: First,the success of international construction projects includes the success based on the project itself,based on the success of international construction project stakeholders,based on the success of "Chinese cultural " elements;second,factors of Chinese construction industry contractors and the project itself are the key success factors for the success of the project itself and the success of the project societies;third,the project itself is the key factors for the success of the stakeholders and the success of "Chinese culture" elements.The conclusions of the thesis improve the implementation and management of practical significance for Chinese construction industry contractors who involve in international construction projects.
