In the context of building energy consumption,in response to the notice of the national "13th five year plan" comprehensive work plan for energy conservation and emission reduction,strengthening building energy conservation has become a concern.As an indispensable part of building commodities,residence is closely related to our life.Under the concept of people-oriented,residence needs to provide comfortable and livable indoor environment.Because of the particularity of climate in hot summer and cold winter area,cooling is needed in summer,heating is needed in winter,and energy consumption is serious.The purpose of this paper is to sum up the passive design strategy which is suitable for the local climate conditions,and to optimize the experience of the housing so as to achieve the standard of green housing.Passive energy-saving design strategy not only conforms to the design concept of green residential buildings,but also can alleviate the actual situation of high energy consumption of current residential buildings.It adapts to the local climate conditions and creates a livable indoor environment by changing the building group,single layout,shape coefficient,window opening mode and reasonable determination of energy-saving structure.Based on the evaluation system and concept of green housing,this paper sums up some passive energy-saving design strategies suitable for residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas.On the one hand,it explores the role of passive energy-saving design strategy in saving energy consumption under the premise of ensuring housing comfort;on the other hand,it explores the role of passive energy-saving design strategy in improving the level of green housing.Taking the demonstration project of passive green house of Nantong Sanjian as an example,this paper sums up the passive energy-saving design strategy used in the demonstration project,and obtains the energy-saving rate of the demonstration project as 86.6% by software simulation calculation,which is far higher than the energy-saving rate of ordinary residential buildings in the same area.Then,by comparing with the relevant regulations in the green building evaluation standard,it is found that the passive energy-saving design strategy is applied in There are many items added in the star rating of green housing,and the demonstration project is 2-star green building.Finally,theconclusion is drawn that passive energy-saving design strategy in hot summer and cold winter area has a great effect on saving energy consumption and improving star rating of green housing.
