As one of the basic human activities,the construction industry plays an important role in promoting the development of economy.But contrary to the harmonious development of society,economy and environment,there exist some problems,such as a low level of project quality and security assurance,a high rate of energy consumption,etc.Many successful experiences of developed countries have shown that construction industrialization can take many advantages to improving the construction environment,ensuring the project quality,promoting the economic efficiency,etc.In the operation of the industrial chain,the construction enterprises should establish and strengthen the strategic alliance relation of the member enterprises on the chain.Understanding and evaluating the construction industrialization,establishing reasonable industrial chain performance evaluation system plays an important role in the operation of the industrial chain.Therefore,in this paper,based on the characteristics and process of industrial chain,as a comprehensive consideration to the various factors affecting the development of construction industrialization,establishes an indicator system which can evaluate the development level scientifically.First of all,through consulting a lot of literature and researching on relevant theories,this paper makes a clear definition on the concepts of construction industrialization and industrial chain.The characteristics of the construction industrialization are design standardization,factory production,mechanized construction,decoration integration and management informatization.In terms of industry chain,integration process includes not only the flow of products,but also the redistribution of value and the optimization of knowledge.When it comes to integration performance,it needs to consider two aspects: process and results.Second,based on the research on relevant theories depthly,this paper establishes an industrial chain,which contains the whole processes of technology research and development,design,products factory production,conveyance,construction on site,decoration,selling,as well as property management.By comparing the performance of each stage in the industrial chain,the paper conducts the integration process experiences four stages: the budding period,the rapid developing period,the maturity period and the fading period,which is characterized by spiral rising.Third,based on the SCP model of industrial organization theory,the paper establishes a “Structure-Conduct-Performance” relationship of influencing factors on construction industrialization.By analyzing the results,conclusions can be drawn that the ability of enterprise decides whether the enterpeise can participate in the industrial chain integration,the external subjects will take a series of measures to affect supply and demand of industrial buildings indirectly and then have an effect on the strategic decision and integration behavior.All of these will play an important role in the integration performance.Finally,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of industrial chain integration performance and quantifies the index system from the following five aspects of policy environment,market characteristics,business capabilities,integration process,and integration performance on the basis of analyzing the structure of industrial chain integration.The aim of the indicator system is to evaluate the development level scientifically,and to seek a reasonable development model of the construction industrialization.
