As the continuous development of human society,the material and spiritual civilization of human being have been constantly improved,which has promoted the need of the public for living space to a more urgent level.In our country,with the deepening of the reform and opening up,the urbanization process of China is also accelerated,so that large numbers of population has been brought into the city and the living space shrinking of the city residents.Aiming at solving this contradiction,the steel structure engineering is widely used in civil engineering.Building construction is the necessary process of architectural design into a construction entity,but in the process of construction,the change of structure stress and deformation,which might be caused by the construction environment,construction method,construction technology and construction sequence and so on,could eventually led to the deviation of construction and design results.Therefore,in order to ensure the construction quality of building entity,it is necessary to study of the construction process.As for this,this study takes the construction process of large rigid frame structure roofing from the Yangtze River media building project as the main object and the result are as follows:(1)The typical cases of large steel structures at home and abroad are studied and the study analyses the process of mechanical development of steel structure construction in detail through the literature.According to the development process,common high-altitude bulk method,block or segment installation method,integral lifting method,the overall lifting method,the overall lifting method,the slip method and other construction methods,and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Then the study list the problems in the current research.(2)Taking the Yangtze River Media Building as the research object.The project overview is analyzed and the technical difficulties in the construction process are analyzed.Two feasible methods of multi-section installation method and cumulative slip installation method are proposed.Afterwards,through the use of tower cranes,welding engineering quantity,implementation feasibility,project duration and other two construction methods,the QC team finally determined the cumulative slip method as the construction method in the project.(3)The special construction method of steel structure cumulative slip method is studied.In this process,the sub-writing was analyzed from the aspects of rail beam system design,construction technology,and hydraulic synchronous thrusting slip technology and simulation calculation of construction process.(4)In order to ensure construction accuracy and engineering quality,a monitoring method is selected.Based on the monitoring results,the effect of sliding method is evaluated and analyzed.The results indicated that the multiple track accumulating sliding method is the best choice.
