With the prosperity of economy and the progress of technology, the number of large construction projects increases.The change during the construction process of the project is inevitable because the investment of the projects is huge, function is diversified,composition is complex and construction period is long.That the change will impact investment, progress and quality because of changes can not be ignored. As the change schedule is tight and standardized change program evaluation is lack,most of the owners pay a little attention on multi-program selection of the engineering change during the construction process of the project, also lacks a full range of comprehensive evaluation of the engineering change in quality, schedule, cost, etc.The lack of election or evaluation of change would likely cause a waste of investment and a loss of period. Thus, this is an urgent problem to be solved that the owner strengthen the multi-program comparison and selection change in the construction phase of the project.It is studied that the scheme comparison of engineering change which is based on the construction phase of the engineering change in the view of owner side.First of all, the related literature and information which are overseas and domestic researched systematically is researched, the deficiency of the past research is finded;Based on statistical analysises some data of the engineering change which has been finished, it is concluded that the change of the design and construction plan in all form of chang are need to be focused on. Secondly, the factor indicators which impact the scheme comparison of engineering change are selected review and summarized based on the existing literature. The short comings of the existing index system influencing the scheme comparison of engineering change is dentified and improved with the principles which builds the index system, a preliminary factors indicator system is established. The main uncorrelated mutually factors indicators with the use of principal component analysis have been selected,the index system influencing the scheme comparison of engineering change optimization and selection of the indicator system is optimized. Again, we constructed engineering change scheme comparison model based on the improved value, the function weight is determined by the index of AHP, entropy technology is used o calculate the function coefficients, the optimal solution is choosed by calculating the value of the coefficient of size. Finally, the empirical analysis is carried out with case, the legitimacy and scientific of the engineering change scheme comparison model are validated.
