With the continuous development of society,global carbon emissions are still increasing year by year.According to relevant literature,the unreasonable energy structure in China has also contributed to the increase in global carbon emissions.Building construction accounts for a relatively large proportion of China’s energy consumption structure.Construction waste and dust caused by on-site concrete pouring is the primary source of environmental pollution.Because of the current development status of the construction industry,in order to achieve the goal of green and sustainable development,the government vigorously promotes prefabricated buildings and promotes the industrialization of construction.Fabricated concrete structure building is one of the main forms of fabricated building.The preparation of the prefabricated concrete construction schemes are the prerequisite and guarantee for reliable and green construction.It is an essential process to ensure the quality of prefabricated concrete construction.China has promulgated technical specifications and standards such as "Technical Standards for Prefabricated Concrete Buildings"(GB/T51231-2016)to guide the construction of prefabricated concrete structures and strictly manage the construction process.However,after studying a large amount of literature,it is found that there are no standards or guidelines specifically used to manage prefabricated concrete construction plans in the industry.Therefore,for the evaluation of the prefabricated concrete construction plan,the dissertation has done the following work:(1)Based on reading a large amount of literature,this article expounds the current situation of prefabricated concrete structures in China.By analyzing the development process of prefabricated concrete structures in the world,the dissertation clarifies the background and significance of evaluating prefabricated concrete construction schemes.(2)Through studying and analyzing advanced theories of prefabricated concrete construction in the industry,under the premise of clarifying the connotation and development of prefabricated concrete construction,the dissertation compares and discusses many principles and methods of determining the weight of evaluation indexes.Finally,this article uses the gray correlation method to determine the weight of the evaluation index.(3)On the premise of clearly selecting the evaluation index principle,this article will study the relevant technical standards and construction technology of the prefabricated concrete,and determine the evaluation index set of prefabricated concrete construction schemes.It will provide a theoretical basis for constructing a corresponding evaluation index system.(4)the dissertation will combine the prefabricated concrete construction technology,related evaluation standards and specification requirements to refine the secondary evaluation index classification standards.Besides,the dissertation will list in detail the influencing factors to be considered for each indicator and set the standards for the classification of each evaluation index,which will lay the foundation for the quantitative work of evaluation indicators.(5)Based on the determination of the evaluation index weight and the establishment of the evaluation index system,the dissertation will establish an evaluation model for the construction scheme of prefabricated concrete structures based on gray clustering.More importantly,the dissertation will explain that from the perspective of mathematical logic how to apply gray correlation to determine weights and the work steps of program evaluation based on gray clustering.It is the prerequisite for instance verification.(6)Finally,the dissertation will verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the established evaluation model through an example of a prefabricated concrete structure project.
