As the problems of global climate environment intensified and the consumption andinfluence which come from construction industry,people are paying more attention to thedevelopment of green building.Although the domestic and foreign scholars have done so manyachievements to the study of green building currently, the lack of systematic analysis on the costof green building technology is exist, and the consideration on the environmental cost are stillinadequate.In this paper, the influence of environment and resources from each technology areput into the life cycle cost in the form of environmental cost from the perspective of lifecycle,estimating the suitable technologies of green building.So as to help the investors and publicof green building to have a more accurate understanding of it,and have a knowledge about theeconomical benefits and environmental benefits from the green technologies,which can alsopromotes the development of green building in our country and save the energy consumption ofbuilding industrial resources.The main work and the conclusions in this study are as follows:In the first chapter,the background,the purpose and the meaning of this research isintroduced.It also reviews and summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad from thetechnical and economical angles.The defects of previous studies are concluded and the contentwhich combines technical analysis with the economical analysis.The methods has been specifiedand the technical route of this study is designed as well.The connotation of green building is defined, and its characteristics are summarized insecond chapter.Then it elaborates the theory of environmental valuation.At the same time, the lifecycle cost is detailed analyzed from three points which are the main body of the construction,thelife cycle stages and the standard of green building.The comparison of the later two is made atlast.At the first of third chapter, the general situation of the case in this study is introduced.Thelife cycle cost of roof greening,water reuse treatment process and water-saving instruments arecalculated through the method of market investigation and literature reading on the basis ofanalyzing the representative technologies about land-saving and water-saving indexes,.The theoretical analysis of solar energy heating system and green air condtionning systemare given in the forth chapter.In this part,it calculates the whole life cost of different solar heatingsystems through the method of market investigation.Then it simulates the energy consumptionand economical analysis by using the DeST software,getting the initial cost of the constructionand the operational cost of air conditioning systems.Finally,a comparison is made among similartechnologies.In fifth chapter, the environmental pollutant emissions are gained with the method of carbonemissions coefficient and the literature reading.Meanwhile,it calculates the environmental cost ofthe materials according to the international carbon exchange rate and the pollutant emission standards in Nanjing.The cost of construction is obtained by market survey.The whole life cost ofmaterial saving technology is got enventually.This chapter also makes a comparison among thesame type materials.The indoor environment is analyzed theoretically and two productsrepresents different cleaning principles from the same manufacture are chosen to compare theilife cycle cost.
