Intersection is the hinge of road traffic network,and is the "throat" of traffic flow conversion".As an important node in the transportation network,the intersection is responsible for gathering and dredging traffic flow.China's motor vehicle ownership has reached 290 million by the end of 2016,the annual increase in the number of cars and new registrations reached the highest level in history,traffic accidents have continued to rise,traffic safety situation is not optimistic.According to incomplete statistics,the worldwide occurred at the intersection of all traffic accidents accounted for about 20%-50%,while in China,about 30% of the city traffic accidents occurred in the intersection,the intersection of traffic safety should pay more attention to.This paper studies the behavior of drivers and pedestrians at signalized intersections in yellow light.First of all,the general process of driving behavior is analyzed,and the five stage model is established.The behavior characteristics and influencing factors of drivers and pedestrians at intersections are analyzed.Through the experimental investigation of the intersection of vehicles and pedestrians,the data obtained and analyzed to understand the general behavior of the driver and pedestrian crossing behavior at the signalized intersection.Then using the method of game theory to study the intersection of yellow light while the driver and pedestrian decision,Bias game model was established the intersection of yellow light during the driver and pedestrian behavior,and the model of numerical simulation analysis.In order to improve the traffic safety,the establishment of the driver and pedestrian behavior game model induced by punishment under the policy,the policy mix and punishment adjustment of different punishment induced by impact of the policy on the countdown signal intersection yellow light during the driver and pedestrian behavior game.The research shows that the appropriate induction policy can reduce the incidence of the Yellow light.The main conclusions are as follows: 1)to the driver during the yellow light and red light pedestrian behavior directly through the act of putting the punishment induced by policy,which can effectively reduce the yellow light during the driver directly through the intersection and pedestrian red light probability.2,the greater the intensity of punishment,the more the use of thecombination of policies,the lower the probability that the driver directly through the intersection and the red light running through the intersection.The conclusions provide a scientific basis for the traffic control department to improve traffic safety and optimize the management policy.
