Logistical Transformation Model Selection Of Road Freight Transport Industry Of Jilin Province

Road freight transport is the base of the logistics industry development,and also a vital part in the entire logistics system.Due to its fast,convenient and ‘door to door'characteristics,road freight transport can provide the most effective support to the logistics activity.In recent years,the level of the road freight transport industry has been greatly improved,with the increasing improvement of the road transport infrastructure,the continuous growth of road freight transport market,and the development and application of the advanced information technology.But the problem of the extensive development has not fundamentally solved yet,and it has been the focus of national and society's attention.As one of the old northeastern industrial bases,Jilin Province falls far behind middle and east of China in the level of road transport.In the environment of the coexistence of various opportunities and threats,a very important and very urgent question is: how does the Jilin road freight transport industry improve the service level,seize firmly the strategic opportunities of modern logistics industry,and transform into the modern logistics industry.Based on the relative theory aiming at the transformation models of Jilin road freight transport into the modern logistics industry,this thesis conducts the research from the following several aspects: Firstly,based on the reality of Jilin road freight transport,clarify the necessity and feasibility of transformation,and the direction of transformation into the modern logistics industry by analyzing the internal advantages and disadvantages,external opportunities and challenges of Jilin road freight transport industry;Then,by reviewing cases,summarize five models of the transformation of the road freight transport industry into the modern logistics industry,including M & A(mergers and acquisitions),reform of the system,steady advancement,alliance establishment and involvement,clarify the advantages,disadvantages and applicable targets of various transformation models,build the index system for the transformation model selection of road freight transport industry by analyzing the internal and external factors influencing the selection of the transformation models,and further build the selection model for the transformation of the road freight transport industry into the modern logistics industry;Finally,put thereality of Jilin Providence into the model for the calculation,obtain the most suitable transformation model of Jilin road freight transport industry into the modern logistics industry,and propose the concrete strategy for the transformation.By building 6 first grade indexes and 19 second grade indexes,apply TFN-AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS into the structure of the transformation of the road freight transport industry into the modern logistics industry,and conclude that the most suitable model for Jilin road freight transport industry is the alliance establishment.The research can provide reference to the transformation of the Jilin road freight transport industry into the modern logistics industry,help to solve the development problems of Jilin road freight transport industry,promote the healthy and organized development of the Jilin road freight transport industry,and motivate the development of the Jilin modern logistics industry.
