| With the continuous improvement of China’s comprehensive transport system,rail-road intermodal transport has been widely used, and this form of transport organization better adapts to the development trend of the times, building a modern comprehensive transport system, strengthening the construction of fast freight liner service network, and accelerating the formation of a punctual, economic and environmentally friendly transport network.Based on this, this paper, relying on China’s fast freight train service network, further systematically researches the rail-road intermodal transport path selection problem, taking into account the optimization object, the two modes of transport by road and rail, the optimization objective function and the solution method. The research work of this paper is mainly in the following aspects:(1)In terms of relevant theories, the analysis and summary of the railway express transport market, the definition and classification of express freight trains, the topological network of express trains and the theoretical basis related to container rail-road intermodal transport.(2)In terms of factor analysis, the three aspects of “transportation time”,“transportation cost” and “transportation carbon emission” are used to analyze the factors influencing the selection of rail-road transport routes for containers studied in this paper.(3)In terms of optimization modelling,point-arc modelling is carried out based on an axial-spoke network, and the “on-time”,“economic”,“carbon emission” and “cost” objectives of the intermodal transport route selection problem of containers are taken into account under the fast freight train service network, with container cargo as the research object,The multiobjective function model of “economy” and “environmental protection” is constructed, and the environmental protection objective is transformed into an economic objective by introducing carbon tax parameters, and then the on-time objective and the economic objective are standardized and weighted without dimension,so as to realize the processing of the multiobjective function.According to the processed single objective function,a genetic algorithm suitable for model solving is designed and the model is solved.(4)In terms of case analysis, the design, solution and analysis of cases are carried out for the transportation of containerized goods in two opposite directions, namely southwestnortheast and northeast-southwest,to arrive at a comprehensive consideration of "punctuality",“economy” and “environmental protection”.The conclusions related to the selection of intermodal transport routes are drawn after considering the three objective functions of“punctuality”,“economy” and “environmental friendliness”.Finally,a sensitivity analysis is carried out on the route selection results to summarize the variation of the intermodal route selection results with the change of relevant parameters,so as to reasonably select the transport routes according to the customer’s demand, which can ensure that the transport tasks can be completed as required while taking into account the time, economic and environmental factors. |
