The study aims at optimization of cost control by integrating management,highlighting deviation and adopting relative improvement to reduce operating costs against cost control of landscape engineering.It is urgent to be solved for each manager and it is the fundamental guarantee for enterprise sustainable development.Landscape engineering has its own typical characteristics such as uniqueness,relevance,comprehensiveness and irreversibility.These typical features increase the difficulty of cost control.In order to solve the problem of cost control in landscape engineering projects,the author consults relevant literatures and combines his own experiences to analyze the advantages and disadvantages by target cost management,activity based costing,value engineering method and earned value management.Considering the feasibility,difficulty,adaptability and other factors,the paper puts forward value engineering method to strengthen the cost control of enterprises,promote the improvement of enterprise efficiency and enhance their own competitiveness,as the main direction of this research.The paper proposes the concept of grading deviation analysis to correct the deviation of landscape engineering from 4 aspects: cost control,technical measures,contracts and funds management.In order to strengthen the cost control of landscape engineering,the author offers the following recommendations through a large number of related literatures,the characteristics of landscape engineering cost control,current situation and combination of his own learning and working experiences.(1)Putting a graded analysis on the earned value method,taking individual project,unit project,segment project and sub-project as the operation centers respectively,and analyzing the results of each sub-project operation center by performing the deviation analysis with the operation as the operation.Level summary to obtain micro and macro deviation analysis results,and provide comprehensive deviation analysis for rectification work.(2)Propose the earned value method to correct the deviation and put forward the concept of cost control and correction.Traditional garden engineering project managers often enter new projects immediately after the end of last project,and rarely analyze and summarize the completed projects.This paper proposes a correspondent pre-concept,and through the correction analysis of the completed work content,find The reasons for the deviations are made,and the previous projects are summarized and summarized,and the general bias mechanism that combines responsibility,power and profit.Through the standard and standard management system,employees’ equalization of responsibility and power in cost control is realized,thereby stimulating the efforts of their cost control work,realizing the improvement of resource utilization efficiency and the growth of enterprise income.At the same time,to clarify the completion of a project,in addition to relying on the core project manager to rely on all participants in each link,the cost control work should be implemented to everyone,and the realization of the overall goal should be achieved through the completion of a single indicator.At the same time,corresponding supervision mechanisms and reward and punishment mechanisms should be established to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and provide guarantees for the realization of cost control objectives.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide reference for improving the cost management effect of landscape engineering enterprises and promoting the long-term and standardized development of China’s garden engineering industry.
