In the modern society with rapid economic development,with the improvement of people's material life,people pay more and more attention to the improvement of their quality of life.In addition to focusing on the environment we live on,there is a residential environment that is closely related to everyone.Therefore,the residential landscape environment is becoming more and more important for consumers to distinguish the good or bad of the residential products,which leads to the attention of the open merchants to beautify the residential environment and improve the living quality of the residents.However,if only the beauty of the landscape and the effect of art,and not effective cost control,the cost of construction will eventually lead to a rise in the cost of construction.This result is no small burden for consumers or developers.At present,at present,the main influencing factors of landscape cost control at home and abroad are studied and the main factors that lead to high cost of residential landscape are explored.After the demonstration of examples,the methods and suggestions to better control the landscape cost are put forward to maximize the profit and achieve the best landscape efficiency with the minimum landscape engineering cost.Fruit.In the actual landscape design and construction,the high input of the landscape is blindly pursued at the present stage,including the blind input of the early design and construction and the later maintenance,in order to achieve the high level of the landscape quality and the use effect,resulting in the waste of capital,manpower and material resources.But it should be noted that the input of landscape is not directly proportional to the output of landscape.Therefore,the high investment in the process of construction,maintenance and management after the design and design of the project will only result in the high cost landscape of the waste of landscape.At present,the result of controlling landscape cost in China is to seek the construction of low cost landscape,its essence is low cost and high benefit,that is,rational resource investment,and strive to pursue greater benefits with less cost,including the functional,artistic,ecological,economic and social benefit realization of landscape effect.Therefore,the construction of low cost and high benefit landscape is a sustainable development road which needs to be explored and developed in the future.In the study,the theory and practice of improving the low cost landscape constantly is a kind of thinking of people on the ecological environment problem in the great wave of social and economic development.This paper combines the technology of landscape cost control in Chengdu Shimao city and the method of target cost,responsibility cost and activity-basedcosting.The following main conclusions are drawn as follows: to improve the value of residential landscape,that is to make the residential area more functional,more aesthetic,and more beneficial to the ecological aspects.It is necessary to make a series of practice summing up and form a series of method system of landscape cost control.At the design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and maintenance stage,the following conclusions are drawn.(1)The factors that affect the cost of landscape mainly include: spatial layout in design,selection of material varieties,design proportion of soft scenery and hard scenery.(2)Through the comparison of manual fee,material fee and mechanical fee,the main reasons that affect the comprehensive unit price of landscape cost are obtained,and it is used in the practice of engineering control cost in the future.(3)Because the cost of hard scenery is much higher than the cost of soft scenery,it is the most important factor for the cost control to increase the design ratio of the soft scenery and reduce the design ratio of the hard scene.(4)Because of the difference in the site,especially in the plant configuration,the soft scene is based on the concept of different plant specifications and different prices,comparing the differences between prices,and taking corresponding control measures.Make the cost minimum and achieve the best effect.Therefore,if we want to maximize the control of landscape costs,we need to strictly control the target cost of the landscape in the design stage of the project.
