The Research Of The Investment Risk Evaluation Of The Wind Power Project At Hulin

Since the 21 st century,energy shortage and environmental protection has gained more and more attention around the worldwide.The Chinese government also attaches great importance to the development of renewable energy,as an important mean of the optimization of energy structure,reducing greenhouse gas emissions,easing the contradiction between supply and demand of energy.The government recently is clearly put forward the development goals and a series of incentive policies,it speeded up the development of wind power industry in our country,make its proportion of energy supply increasingly,as a leapfrog development in recent years,but "abandon the wind power brownouts" phenomenon began to highlight.Visible,behind the rapid development of wind power industry,the investment risk is also increasing,so to explore the risk faced by wind power project investment activities and its influence extent become the compulsory subject of wind power project investment,in this way can effectively reduce the risk of unnecessary loss or even avoid it happen.This paper adopts literature research,qualitative research and quantitative research as the combination of research methods,wind power project investment activities risks as the research objects.First,this paper expounds the meanings of the investment risk and its characteristics in wind power projects,the related theory of wind power project investment risk were also reviewed.Second,the commonly used methods of risk identification and risk evaluation model were analyzed,sumed up the advantages and disadvantages,and choose the appropriate methods for the identification of risk,analyzed the identified risk factors,divided into six categories.Next,built a wind power project investment risk evaluation index system and the grey comprehensive evaluation method combination of empowerment of risk evaluation model to evaluate the risk of investment activities of wind power project.Finally,used the above methods to Heilongjiang province Huadian HuLin wind power project as the research object of the case study.And come back to this,the risk quantification value of this project is 0.308,belongs to low risk category.Recommends that investors in the case of most risk retention,aimed at the risk of the larger impact,choose the method of scattered investment or risk transfer processing,the conclusion of evaluation should be accurate and in line with the project's own situation,achieved the purpose of the last chapter-case analysis.Combination method are used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes,combined gray theory method to evaluate risk,made the risk evaluation more accurate,and the comprehensive evaluation model of data analysis more comprehensive.
