The elevator brake is an important part for elevator,its performance concerns the user's life safety.In order to ensure the performance of the brake,it has to be on the test,to check its performance whether it can meet the requirements or not,and make the corresponding adjustment.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a kind of test equipment to analyze its performance evaluation.Brake test bench is a device which can test the brake quality and evaluate its performance.The traditional brake test bench is using a group of purely mechanical big flywheels for simulating mechanical inertia,but this kind of structure has many disadvantages.Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional brake test bench,this paper presents a electric inertia simulation technology,this technology is using motor speed control system for intelligent control algorithm to replace part of the mechanical inertia,to make the braking effect being consistent with the original system.In this paper,we strictly accord the national brake testing standard and performance requirements,to study and design the inertia brake test bench.First of all,we have carried on the reasonable simplification on the elevator system,analyzed the stress to brake.Then established a dynamic model of the actual working conditions,and selected the required testing typical elevator system,carried out the calculation of corresponding parameters.Secondly,in view of the shortcomings in the traditional test methods,this paper puts forward the methods of new type brake test.Overall plan is established based on this method,we carried on detailed design and calculation about the structure.In order to ensure the equipment safe and reliable,we have done a detailed calculation,and checked its key components.In this paper,electric inertia load simulation method is studied,the basic principle of human-simulated intelligent control algorithm and its design method have been analyzed.By using human-simulated intelligent control algorithm,the loading motor driver is loaded,so it can realize accurate simulation of the mechanical inertia.Besides,we confirmed this algorithm is feasible get through MATLAB.Then,this essay designed the measurement and control part of the system,did the design and type selection about the system hardware structure.And,it based on the LabVIEW software for the design,and we carried out the test experiment.Finally,this essay selected the characteristic quantity for braking performance evaluation,and selected several groups of typical data in the test result.Using this method,we have found the problem which cannot meet the performance requirements of the brake.
