With the construction of high-rise buildings,elevators are used more and more widely.However,the elevator safety problems are becoming increasingly serious.So strengthening the safety of elevator detection has become a top priority.Therefore,the design of a portable,multi-parameter elevator safety detection device has important practical significance.In this thesis,based on the inspection of domestic and foreign products related to elevator safety detection,a multi-parameter elevator safety detection device is designed according to the project requirements.Production and testing of the prototype is completed.The main work and characteristics of this thesis are as follows:(1)The multi-parameter elevator safety detection device structure is designed with upper computer and lower computer.The lower computer adopts the embedded system.It is responsible for collecting and processing parameters such as three-axis acceleration,running speed,displacement,vibration,car door speed,noise and motor power.Tablet PC is chosen as the upper computer.It is responsible for display and storage of measurement results along with communication with remote servers.This device achieved a multi-parameter online detection and is flexible and portable,with friendly human-computer interaction.(2)The device integrates the balance coefficient measurement function and the fault diagnosis function,which makes it multifunctional.(3)The prototype of the device was tested in laboratory and field.The results showed that the functional modules are running normally,which meets the design requirements.(4)The fault diagnosis method based on Bayesian network is introduced.And the inference and parameter learning process of Bayesian network are studied emphatically.An example of elevator acceleration fault diagnosis is described.Finally,a simulation experiment is carried out for verification.
