Scaffolding is a kind of shelf built on the construction site,which used to settle the transportation problem and the installation of the external protective network and high altitude components.In our country,the use of the buckles scaffolding are considered to be the most main fastener type.The scaffolding fastener used to connect steel pipe scaffold.Among them,the cast iron type fastener accounted for about 80% of the domestic fastener usage.At present,the domestic production of cast iron fasteners,casting and artificial assembly in a combination of ways,however,the production method has many problems such as low efficiency,high cost and poor quality consistency.In view of the above situation,our research group put forward an automatic assembly line for the automatic assembly of the casting shaped scaffold fastener.1.The paper put forward the overall scheme of the follow-up drilling equipment.By analyzing the current status of the production of cast iron scaffolding fastener manufacturers and assembly methods,I puts forward the scheme of the cyclic drilling according to the assembly line.Using the modular design method to make function decomposition with drilling equipment.In the light of division of functional module,I find out that the structure is composed of four modules: the drilling module,the following module,the circulation module and the frame module,at finally,the over scheme of the equipment is given.2.This paper discusses the key technology and the theoretical analysis of the following drilling equipment.According to the working characteristics of the equipment,the factors that influence the stability of the drill bit and the drilling quality are analyzed,at meanwhile,the follow-up connection,the bit operating parameters and vibration three aspects are looked as the key technology of the equipment.Generally,the paper gives a detailed analysis and calculation of the four aspects,such as the feed of the drill,the power transmission,the following connection and the bit operating parameters,which provide correct theory and parameter for equipment.3.According to the modular design method,the detailed structure design and analysis of each module is carried out.Through the design of the concrete structure of the drilling module,the following module,the circulation module and the frame module,the overall structure of the follow-up drilling equipment is obtained eventually.To ensure the reliability of the structure,the theoretical analysis and calculation of the transmission ratio of the friction wheel drive and the magnitude of the electromagnetic force in the follow-up connection are carried out4.The key structure of the equipment is simulated and analyzed.The drill bit is driven by a bit connecting rod and a driving sleeve.The resonant frequency of the drill rod and drive sleeve is obtained by ANSYS modal analysis.The results show that the drill connecting rod is working at safe condition.In addition,the stress and strain of the drill bit connecting rod in the process of drilling bit are obtained by the use of ANSYS transient dynamics analysis method.And then I simulated the deformation of the friction wheel under compression in the process of friction wheel transmission through ANSYS contact analysis,which provide numerical basis for structural design.
