Exhaust turbocharging system has been widely used in a modern car engine,but the turbocharging system at low speed acceleration has a certain lag,in order to improve its acceleration during low speed,this paper try to its improved become mechanical-turbine compound supercharging system.Thus based on a 1.8 L four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine as the research object,using GT-Power engine simulation software set up four cylinder turbocharged petrol engine model,on the basis of the model created a supercharger,make its constituent compound supercharging system,the simulation to study the new changes brought by the pressurization system for engine.By comparing the result of the simulation of the performance,fuel economy,composite turbocharged engine at low speed performance is improved,but the fuel consumption with a certain degree of rise.In order to get the building model of boundary conditions and engine test data,the characteristic of the turbocharged gasoline engine bench test,and collected the relevant data of the supercharger.The supercharger is analysed with the experimental results the efficiency of distribution,including the low level of efficiency when medium speed.In order to verify the complex turbo engine installed on the vehicle acceleration,using vehicle software AVLCruise structures,the whole vehicle model,the simulation proves the composite pressure compared with pure turbo on the vehicle's hundred kilometers acceleration time shortened 0.275 s.
