| At present,the monitoring of missile safety self-destruction system is mainly carried out by two methods: manual detection and threshold detection,both of them have the problems of high subjectivity of detection and high degree of dependence on the experience of the test personnel.And it is difficult to know the safety level of missile safety self-destruction system in both ways.At the time of missile launch,some detection procedures are specially carried out for the missile safety self-destruction system,which is used to ensure the normal operation of the safe self-destruction system.The purpose of this thesis is to study a new type of test system for the safety program controller in the missile safety self-destruction system.In this thesis,the requirements of the test system of the safety program controller are analyzed,and the overall design scheme of the test system is demonstrated.Then,according to the demand and scheme of the test system,the power supply control of the system is completed,and the command signal on the analog projectile is tested.The hardware and software design of the whole testing system is completed by simulating the functions and technical specifications of resistance test,telemetry signal test and secondary power signal test.In the hardware design,the whole test system is divided into some sub-modules,such as power supply unit,relay control unit,analog module,signal transfer unit,data acquisition module,timer timing unit and 1553 B communication module.PCI bus and 1553 B bus structure are used to bridge each sub-module and main board of the system,which is installed in industrial control computer to improve the portability of the system.The hardware function design,structure model design,interface definition and main circuit design are described in this thesis.In the software design,Windows XP is used as the operating system and NI LabVIEW as the software development platform.The data transceiver module based on 1553 B,the analog signal acquisition and relay control module,and the critical time detection module are designed.Manual test module and automatic test module,etc.Finally,the method and process of hardware and software debugging of the security program controller are introduced,and the experimental results are analyzed.The experimental results show that the design function and index of the test system meet the design requirements.Through the research of this subject,the virtual instrument testing system based on PCI and 1553 B bus extension card is completed,and the hardware and performance of the security program controller are tested,compared with the traditional laboratory instrument design.The design of the test system based on 1553 B bus has the advantages of high integration,high flexibility,convenient design,low investment cost and fast operation efficiency.With the application of virtual instrument technology,the test system can simulate the test environment effectively and truthfully,ensure the matching between the product and the system,and shorten the debugging period of the system.The design method of test system based on 1553 B and virtual instrument proposed in this thesis has certain generality and reference value in the design of test system. |
