Transformer grid is an important component of the power system.It mainly realizes the conversion of high-voltage section and low-voltage section of electric energy,and provides reliable and stable power supply for power users.Substations are mainly composed of substations at all levels.Substation operation monitoring is the core of substation operation and maintenance management.Under the background of continuous improvement of the power system automation level,improving the automation level of substation operation monitoring and management is one of the important challenges for domestic power companies.In this thesis,the technical scheme and implementation of the substation monitoring information management system of Sichuan Electric Power Company is studied and analyzed.This system can provide the grid dispatch automation platform with the information point table and related business management required for substation monitoring automation,making up for the company's substation operation monitoring.Lack of supporting tools in the business.In the research work,the following work was mainly carried out: first,the development of domestic and foreign substation operation monitoring and management development was sorted out,and the current status of Sichuan Power Company's business development was summarized,and the system's detailed demand analysis was performed,including functions and Performance requirements,put forward the system's functional development goals mainly include the substation management and control statistics,new and total station reconstruction management,reconstruction and expansion management,and operation and substation management in four aspects.Subsequently,the technical selection and analysis of the system were carried out,and the overall technical route based on.NET Web and SQL Server was determined.The overall functional scheme of the system and the internal structure and logical flow of functional modules were designed,as well as the database logical structure and Physical institution.Based on the system function design,the system's function implementation process and results are analyzed and studied,including the C# class structure of each function module and the function logic implementation process,and the system's functional interface is also displayed.Finally,test and analyze the function and performance of the system,combined with thedevelopment goals of the system,analyze the development results of the system,and get that the system has reached the established development goals.The application of substation monitoring information management system can help and subordinate power supply enterprises at all levels to realize the automatic management of substation operation monitoring.By coordinating with the power grid dispatching automation system,the information point table can be used to realize the automation and monitoring of substation operation monitoring.Intelligent,improve the overall efficiency and quality of the company's substation operation and maintenance management.
