when the steam heating network is under operation,the heat exchange between the steam heating pipeline and the external environment is awfully intense,This will lead to various degrees of thermal losses,which is particularly unfavorable for long-distance steam heating.In view of this,the selection of suitable thermal insulation materials and high temperature resistant reflective layers is particularly important for the thermal insulation performance of the pipe network.In this paper,by optimizing the insulation material and reflective layer of the heating pipe,reduce addresses the large heat loss during the long-distance heating process.In the high temperature resistant reflective layer,it is first proposed that when the common glues of 802,804 and 902 in the market are higher than 350℃,the tackifying resin of its adhesion will be cracked,and the adhesion of the glue will fail;Therefore,a new type of high temperature resistant aluminum foil reflective layer is employed,and the temperature resistance of the selected polydimethylsiloxane adhesive and 1524 adhesive is preliminary tested.In terms of thermal insulation materials,various properties of commonly used materials were analyzed,and the thermal insulation performance of the new Morgan Super Cotton Plus blanket and aerogel materials were tested.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)At about 400℃,polydimethylsiloxane adhesive are characteristic of good high temperature resistance and sufficient high-temperature resistance.Experiments have found that the type of fiberglass cloth has a significant impact on the bonding performance.The surface of ordinary fiberglass cloth has a wax coating,which makes the bonding performance poor.The sample with dewaxed fiberglass cloth has better bonding performance.(2)1524 adhesive has good high temperature resistance at about 400℃.Moreover,the sealing adhesive bond is also very strong at 500℃,the bonding edge does not crack,and does not separate under shaking or light twisting.However,experiments have found that when the high-temperature resistant reflective layer is used at 400℃,450℃,and 500℃,the increase in temperature leads to a gradual increase in the weight requirement of the glass fiber cloth.(3)Among the inorganic thermal insulation materials,the thermal conductivity of rubber and plastic materials is greater than that of polyurethane.(4)Among organic thermal insulation materials,the thermal conductivity of aerogel nanomaterials is significantly lower than other materials.However,under high temperature conditions,aerogel and aluminum silicate needled felt were used for thermal insulation,and it was found that the thermal insulation performance of aerogel was better than that of aluminum silicate needled felt,reduce heat loss by 7.4%.(5)Under the same high temperature,the insulation performance of Morgan Super Cotton Plus blanket is better than that of aluminum silicate fiber needle punched blanket,reduce heat loss by 19%.
