Planning And Design Of Small Towns With Characteristics Under The Background Of Industrial Transformation

Small town is the historical task of modernization construction,and it is also an important measure to promote the development of urban and rural integration.To guide the development of small towns scientifically,especially to build small towns with special characteristics,which is supported by industry,has become the growth pole of urban and rural development and an important measure to promote the orderly development of rural areas.The planning of small towns with special characteristics in our country is still in the exploratory stage,and no systematic planning method has yet been formed.However,it is found that there are some problems in the planning from the existing cases,such as the lack of space for industry,the serious real estate,and the emphasis on planning and light implementation.On the basis of combing the development course,policy support and case analysis of the characteristic town,this paper puts forward the systematic planning method of "industrial planning-spatial plan-guarantee implementation" creatively.Finally,through the green town of Cang Nan system model exploration and demonstration.Through the comprehensive,systematic and practical demonstration,this paper explores the development path of the characteristic town under the background of industrial transformation,and puts forward the planning and design method suitable for the characteristic town.The main research features of this paper are as follows: first,from the angle of industrial transformation,the paper puts forward the pre-industry planning and the spatial layout of different industrial types;the second research feature is based on industrial planning,and puts forward the spatial planning and design,especially in the view of natural ecology,history and humanities.Livable life and industrial characteristics of the multi-angle construction of space features.In the first chapter,the research background,research purpose and significance of the characteristic town are described,and the related concepts are defined,and the technical route of this paper is put forward.The second chapter analyzes the focus of special towns under the background of policy and theory by combing the relevant policies and summarizing the research.The third chapter analyzes the key points of industry,culture,matching and operation of characteristic towns through the case analysis of domestic and foreign special towns.The fourth chapter puts forward the characteristic town industrial planning system,from the industrial positioning,location implementation,industrial space statement.The fifth chapter constructs the space planning system of the characteristic town,from the idea puts forward to the function localization,the spatial layout and the characteristic construction complete train of thought.The sixth chapter is the planning practice part,combining the specific project practice of the characteristic town,from the characteristic town background and the present situation research,the industry plan and the space strategy,the function localization and the spatial layout,Special space planning and supporting system such as complete planning-design ideas for a new attempt.
