| The rapid development of urbanization and the change of economic growth in China has led to the imbalance of development in rural areas,so that the spatial layout, industrial structure and land use of the original village and township settlements have also changed, resulting in the disorderly, fragmentation and hollowing out of the settlement space and the gradual loss and extinction of some settlement spaces. The report of the 19 th Party Congress puts forward the rural revitalization strategy, among which, industrial prosperity is the primary task to promote the overall development of villages and towns, and it is also the most basic and key task in the rural revitalization strategy. Therefore, this paper reviews the theories and researches on rural reconstruction in urban and rural planning and geography, proposes the reconstruction orientation of industrial change type villages and towns, conducts in-depth research on the social, economic and spatial reconstruction characteristics of villages and towns by constructing a national typical case library, analyzes the stage characteristics of their reconstruction, summarizes the reconstruction patterns of different industrial change type village and town settlements, and proposes the path and spatial methods of planning optimization. It clarifies the spatial reconfiguration characteristics of China’s industrial change type village and town settlements, with a view to providing theoretical guidance for scientific planning and serving the national strategy of rural revitalization. The research consists of four parts as follows.Part Ⅰ Background Introduction(Chapter 1): The comprehensive research background, research purpose, research significance, relevant concept analysis, research content, research method and research framework of spatial reconfiguration and planning optimization of industry-transforming village and township settlements are explained and introduced as a whole.Part Ⅱ: Theoretical Foundations and Development Orientation(Chapters 2 and 3):The relevant theoretical foundations involved in this paper are described, and relevant research progress at home and abroad is introduced.Through the study of macro features, problem causes, and development orientation of industrial transformation villages and towns, certain guidance is provided for screening typical cases and formulating planning optimization strategies in the later part. The third part of the research process(chapters 4 and 5): screening typical cases, collecting basic socio-economic spatial data, constructing a national case bank of typical villages and towns, and studying the stage characteristics and type patterns of spatial reconfiguration of typical industry-transformation villages and towns. The development orientation of typical villages and towns is quantified in three aspects:social, economic and spatial, and a set of reconstruction stage discriminatory index system is constructed to guide the division of reconstruction stages, and the reconstruction stage characteristics are analyzed against case indicators. We further study the types of reconfiguration and development patterns, analyze the dynamic mechanism of industrial transformation-type village and town reconfiguration, classify the types of typical cases nationwide, and refine and summarize the spatial patterns of different types of stages. The fourth part of research results(chapters 6 and 7): on the basis of the previous research,we summarize the spatial planning optimization strategies and spatial optimization methods of industry-transformation type village and town settlements, and propose that the planning strategies should be tailored to local conditions to build a high-standard village and town ecological space;to build an industry-spatial synergistic development system based on the situation;to improve the overall urbanization efficiency level by applying policies to the town;the resource-dependent type should give full play to the new value of resources and adopt the The leading enterprises should promote new industry leadership and new spatial nuclei in the growth pole mode;the small and medium-sized enterprises should drive new public participation and promote new spatial integration in the multi-center network mode. |
