Combined cable-suspended structure is composed of intermediate supporting structure and suspension system.This kind of structure system has mechanical characteristics of the whole tension structure and high utilization rate of space.The structure of the exhibition hall of Shijiazhuang International Exhibition Center is made up of suspension structure and cable truss.The roof adopts 1 kN/m~2 heavy duty roofing system.This article is based on the exhibition hall of Shijiazhuang International Exhibition Center as the engineering background and studys the mechanical properties and key construction techniques of heavy roofing suspension structure,it mainly includes Mechanism of structural force,force finding analysis,static and self vibration characteristics analysis,construction scheme selection,node structure and construction technology.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows.Firstly,the author introduces the structure,characteristics,common combination forms and typical engineering applications of the combined suspension structure.meanwhile,the objective of determining the cable force optimization is determined by the general principle of balanced structure and constant load.The distribution expansion strategy is used to analyze the structure of the heavy roof suspension structure of the exhibition hall of Shijiazhuang International Exhibition Center.The result of the analysis of force analysis has basically reached the target.The author elaborate the theory and methods of force-finding of the prestressed steel structures.In this paper,the objective of determining the cable force optimization is determined by the general principle of balanced structure and constant load,and the distribution expansion strategy is used to analyze the structure of the heavy roof suspension structure of the exhibition hall of Shijiazhuang International Exhibition Center.The result of the analysis of force analysis has basically reached the target.The static and natural vibration characteristics of heavy roof suspension structures are studied.The load condition of static performance analysis is composed of constant load,live load,wind load and temperature action.The load condition of natural vibration analysis is only the constant load of self weight and roof load.Conclusions are as follows,The prestressing force of cables is very sensitive to the change of environmental temperature.The live load increases the structure effect.The wind load is very detrimental to the stability and safety of structure.The cable and swing column plays a critical role in the resistance to wind load suction.The structure has a dense frequency and a continuous distribution.According to the overall structure,the construction stage is divided into seven main parts.According to the characteristics of each sub structure and its components,30 kinds of construction sequence are put forward.By summarizing,the above construction sequence will be optimized to solve 5 key problems.The above 5 problems are solved one by one and the optimal construction order is obtained by the factors such as the safety and stability of the structure,construction equipment,construction technology,construction difficulty,constructi-on safety,manpower and material resources and the time limit.In this paper,four prestressed cable tensioning methods are introduced.Considering the deepening design of the componen-ts,the simplicity of the construction operation,the construction period and the construction cost,the construction method of the tensioning cable is finally chosen.This paper gives a systematic introduction to the joint structure and construction technology of the exhibition hall of Shijiazhuang International Exhibition Center,it includs the material properties of the cast steel joints,the making of the cables,the traction and installation and the tension and so on.it introduces the cable clamp structure,stretching equi-pment cable production and equipment etc.Finally,this paper summarizes the major research contents and achievements systematic-ally and put forward the unsolved problems and further research direction.
