| In recent years,the power system reform process has been deepening.Due to the particularity of electricity and the complexity of power market construction and operation,the trial-and-error cost of market-oriented reforms is huge.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish an electricity market experiment platform and study the bidding strategies of market participants.Under the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the State Grid Corporation technology projects,led by the China Electric Power Research Institute,the research team participated in the cooperation and jointly completed the development of the electricity market experiment platform.The work of this paper mainly focuses on the development of the agent declaration function module in the platform.At the same time,for the direct purchase of electricity for large users,the purchasing and selling parties’ bidding strategies and the collusion bidding strategies are studied.The specific research contents are shown as follows:(1)Researched the bidding strategies of the purchasing and selling parties’ bidding strategies in the direct purchase of electricity for large users.Combining the status of many-to-many transactions,a many-to-many negotiation model for large-user bilateral negotiation transactions is established.Based on Rubinstein model,a round-robin bargaining game model is established for power companies and large users on the direct purchase price under incomplete information,and the quote function of the purchase and sale parties is constructed.The discount factor in the quote function is generalized with the many-to-many negotiation model.Considering that the generalized discount factor is mainly influenced by factors such as negotiation round,bidding tendency and self-completion,the bidding strategy in negotiation is finally formed.Finally,the direct purchase bilateral negotiation is simulated.(2)The strategy of conspiracy bidding in direct purchase of electricity and the influence of conspiracy on the market were studied.On the basis of direct purchase of the bargaining game model by large users,the conspiracy in the bilateral transaction model of direct purchase electricity negotiation was considered and the factors that promote conspiracy in the electricity market were analyzed.It mainly divides the collusion methods in direct-purchased bilateral negotiations into two methods based on pre-specified method and the communication method based on the facts,and the bidding strategies of power generation companies and large users in these two collusion methods were respectively analyzed.The power generation collusion under conditions of oversupply was simulated,the impact of the two collusion methods on the market is discussed.Finally,the relevant proposals for regulatory collusion were put forward.(3)Developed an agent declaration software function module.Based on the State Grid Corporation of China power market simulation experiment platform,combined with the laboratory’s earlier research on the bidding strategy of power generation companies,we designed and developed the agent declaration software function module,and constructed the process of agent declaration function.And we implemented the development of power company’s cost-based agent quote method and strategy-based learning quote method,determined data interaction,access and storage forms,and completed software writing of agent declaration function module. |
