| At the beginning of the 21 st century,small and medium-sized electric design enterprises developed rapidly through the golden period,and occupied a place in the electric design market of low voltage grade.As our country’s new economic normal and the demand for power demand has plummeted,the electric design market has been increasingly saturated in recent years,and the race is heating up.Small and medium-sized electric design enterprises are in a weak position in the industry competition because of their low business efficiency,lack of technical leadership and single market resources.How to further optimize the design of the small and medium-sized power enterprise business processes,improve the design quality and working efficiency,make the small and medium-sized electric design enterprises in the current competitive environment sustainable,healthy development,is the problem to be solved.Since the establishment of the business process reconstitution theory by Michael Hammer in the 1990 s,the expert has done a lot of research on the process optimization,including the research of business process optimization under IT support.Many large electric design enterprises through the construction of the comprehensive management information system,realize the process of gradually optimized.However,for small and medium-sized electric design institute,due to its small size and low output value,it is unable to build a comprehensive management information system under the traditional information architecture.It is urgent to carry out that flow optimization of the business model from the traditional business mode to the cloud computing environment because of the low technical difficulty,the homogenization competition is fierce,and the economic downlink pressure.Based on the combination of cloud computing technology and BPM theory,this paper integrates the process optimization theory and information support means in the cloud environment into the cloud workflow,studies and analyzes the process optimization objectives,principles and implementation steps in the cloud computing environment.By analyzing the current situation of small and medium electric design enterprises,taking the current situation of the industry as the basis of the current situation of the enterprises,and conducting the research of marketing,planning,operation and design of the core processes of three types,the existing problems are fully investigated,the direction is clearly improved and the flow-optimizing scheme system under cloud computing foundation support is established,including the enterprise strategy optimization,the construction of information management system in the cloud computing environment,the optimization of business process,the optimization of the organization structure,and the evaluation of the process effect,etc.In the process of process optimization,make full use of cloud computing deployment of agile,flexible resources,the advantages of low cost,make the applicable to small and medium-sized enterprise of comprehensive information management system of electric design,and through the cloud cloud workflow,data analysis and information sharing mechanism,as represented by ESIA method,SDCA method provides a new method for the optimization of process comprehensive,real-time and intelligent support,a quality of service for small and medium-sized electric design enterprises,to improve process efficiency,improve its competitiveness in the industry market.In this paper,the research theory is carried out in N company,and the efficiency of its process execution has been improved by about 30%.The service quality has been improved significantly,customer satisfaction has been improved continuously,and the market competitiveness has been significantly enhanced.Under the support of the cloud workflow system,the business innovation that the N company constantly has accumulated lays a solid foundation for its development strategy of focusing and differentiating.At the same time,N company has formed a continuous and dynamic process optimization mechanism based on this practice,which has good practical significance. |
