As an important national infrastructure,urban rail transit project can rank among the top in the world in terms of scale and speed of development.However,at the same time of transportation convenience,it is often accompanied by greater safety risks in the construction process.Risk control has become more and more important.The author reviewed relevant literatures on the practice of engineering safety risk assessment at home and abroad and compared and analyzed the different characteristics of common risk assessment methods.According to the site needs,a comprehensive method combining WBS,RBS method,expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process was adopted to evaluate the safety risk in the construction process of a station foundation pit.Case,the author first of all,by using the combined identification methods of WBS and RBS will station project construction is divided into "preparations for construction risk","construction of foundation pit retaining structure risk","foundation treatment and draining risk","excavation engineering risk","main structure engineering and backfilling risk",and"peripheral environment risk" the six risk engineering,risk and refine them one by one into several units,through the comprehensive judgement analysis risk events,form risk identification table;Secondly,the code for risk management of urban rail transit underground project construction was applied in the evaluation.The probability and loss of each risk event were scored by expert scoring method,and the risk was quantified based on the average score of multiple experts.Again,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),and gradually is calculated for each risk index of risk engineering,risk units,determine the four ? level risk events,? risk unit 1 item.Finally,through the case of settlement control on site:the effective evaluation results and timely on-site emergency measures can effectively reduce the risk of safety accidents in the construction.
