The on-line evaluation system of asphalt pavement maintenance construction quality evaluates the quality of the construction process by collecting,processing,and analyzing key data during the entire maintenance process,enabling managers to remotely monitor the real-time construction conditions of asphalt pavement maintenance and construction machine operation status,facilitating managers.Accurately determine the quality of the construction process and make reasonable decisions to better guide the construction.The thesis studies the implementation of on-line evaluation system for asphalt pavement maintenance construction quality.First,the thesis discusses the overall architecture of the on-line evaluation system for the maintenance quality of asphalt pavement construction,uses Memcached to achieve memory database,uses Twisted framework design to achieve network communication server program,and then realizes the network transmission of asphalt pavement maintenance construction data.The thesis uses vehicle-mounted units,write automated scripts,develop mobile sensor data acquisition program and WeChat public number to achieve the collection of asphalt pavement maintenance construction data,production data,and transportation data.Secondly,because the collected data needs to be further processed and analyzed,the thesis presents the key data processing methods.The CMV value calculation method is given for the vibration data and the CMV value is screened as an evaluation index of rolling quality;calculates the temperature segregation index based on the processing of denoising and segmentation of the infrared thermal image;proposes a UWB/GPS combined positioning method based on Kalman filter to improve the positioning accuracy of construction machinery.Then,based on the above data processing,the thesis comprehensively evaluates the maintenance construction quality.The thesis adopts the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation model of maintenance construction quality,selects the appropriate quality measurement method to quantify the indicators,and then realizes the evaluation of the overall construction quality.Examples are also given to illustrate the whole process of the comprehensive evaluation of the construction quality of asphalt pavement maintenance.Finally,based on the above research,the thesis designs and implements the monitoring software system for asphalt pavement maintenance construction based on Python and PyQt.Practice has proved that this software can meet system requirements.
