The crane is an important tool and equipment for realizing the mechanization and automation of the production process in modern industrial production and lifting transportation.The electronic control system of the crane directly affects the comfort of use and the convenience of maintenance.The electronic control system has evolved from the simple logic control of early relays and contactors to the use of PLC as the central processor,and gradually develops the commonly used fieldbus-based PLC and inverter control modes,which have been widely used in various types of cranes.This article carries out the design of electric control system based on PROFIBUS-DP communication which relies on the 650 T bridge crane project manufactured by Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.for Huaneng Shandong Shidaowan Nuclear Power Development Co.,Ltd.This paper first analyzes the equipment parameters,operating conditions and design requirements of the 650-ton bridge crane.According to the requirements of the user's technical specifications and the design experience accumulated by the previous products,it is decided to use PROFIBUS-DP as the field bus of the electric control system,and two siemens S7-400 PLCs are used as the primary master station,which are redundant with each other.Based on the siemens remote distributed I/O equipment ET200 M as the signal receiving station of each control mechanism,ABB rectification feedback device is designed to supply power to common DC bus of the whole system.The ACS-800 inverter is used as the transmission device of the electrical system to control the speed of the AC motor.The height and displacement of the PVM58 bus type absolute encoder are used to measure the height and displacement.The industrial computer products of Advantech Co.,Ltd.are used to monitor and record the signal status,operating parameters,fault alarms and other information of the entire electronic control system equipment.The siemens STEP7 software is used to edit and debug the ladder program.The siemens SIMATIC WinCC V7.0 is used as the configuration software to create the project screen.The electrical control system based on PROFIBUS-DP communication designed by this paper has been successfully applied to the 650-ton crane on the site.After on-site commissioning,the crane has stable running performance and all the data indicators are normal,which solves the problem of lifting and unloading of large-scale equipment on site.It enhances the reliability under accident conditions and realizes energy recycling.
